How to conclude a contract with TRADIZIONI ASSOCIATE
To conclude a purchase contract for one or more products on www.tradizioniassociate.com, you must fill out the order form electronically and send it online to TRADIZIONI ASSOCIATE, following the instructions.
Every page on the website has a link to this page on General Conditions of Purchase, to the page on Protection of Privacy and to the page on Right of Withdrawal.
The order form contains a summary of information about the basic features of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes or dues), about means of payment you can use to buy each product and means of delivery of purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, a link to the conditions for making use of your Right of Withdrawal and manner and time of return of purchased products.
The contract will be concluded when Tradizioni Associate receives your order form by Internet and after the correctness of the data on your order has been checked.
Before proceeding to purchase the products, by sending the order form, you will be asked to:
- carefully read and accept the General Conditions of Purchase, Protection of Privacy and Right of Withdrawal.
- to check and correct any mistakes in the data you provided.
The order form will be kept at our data bank for the time needed to fulfil the orders and in any case within the terms set down by the law. You may view your order form in the section called My order.
The contract with the Seller will be in Italian.
Once the contract has been concluded, TRADIZIONI ASSOCIATE will take charge of your purchase order.
Tradizioni Associate may not accept your purchase orders if there is insufficient guarantee of solvency or they are incomplete or incorrectly made our or if the products are not available.
In this case, we shall let you know by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that Tradizioni Associate has not followed up your purchase order, specifying why.
Should the products appearing on www.tradizioniassociate.com no longer be available or on sale at the last time you visited the website or when you sent the order form, Tradizioni Associate will promptly let you know, in any case within thirty (30) days running from the day after the one when you sent your order to Tradizioni Associate, concerning any unavailability of the products you ordered. Should you have sent the order form and paid the price, Tradizioni Associate will refund the amount you advanced.
By sending the order form, you unconditionally accept and engage to comply with these General Conditions of Sales in your relations with Tradizioni Associate. If you do not agree with any of the terms in the General Conditions of Sales, please do not send the order form to purchase the products on www.tradizioniassociate.com.
By sending the order form, you confirm you know and accept the General Conditions of Sales and further information contained in www.tradizioniassociate.com, also visible from the links, including the General Conditions of Use and Protection of Privacy and Information Note on Right of Withdrawal.
Once the contract has been concluded, TRADIZIONI ASSOCIATE will send you by e-mail a receipt for the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sales, Information Note on Right of Withdrawal, information about the essential features of the product and details about price, means of payment and delivery costs).
Warranty and product prices
On www.tradizioniassociate.com you will find on sale only products made in Italy by Tradizioni Associate in its plant in Scarperia, with the exception of the products in the section Traditions of Others, which contains products distributed by TRADIZIONI ASSOCIATE.
The essential features of the products are presented on www.tradizioniassociate.com on each product page. For further detail you may visit the website www.tradizioniassociate.com where you will find in depth information about both the product and the company. Images and colours of products offered on sale on www.tradizioniassociate.com could differ from the actual ones due to the effect:
- of the Internet browser and monitor you use.
- In case of items made with parts in natural materials such as horn or wood it is impossible to guarantee that the product you receive will be of the same colour, grain or flaming as the one shown on the website. For further information on this issue, please read the Before Purchasing form.
Product prices could be updated. Check the final sales price before you send the order form.
If you make use of the Right of Withdrawal, Tradizioni Associate has the right to refuse the return of products which have been altered in their essential and qualitative features or have been damaged.
Payments
You may pay for products and shipment in one of the ways shown on the order form.
If you pay by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of your credit/debit card or its date of expiry) will be sent directly to the Banck service which provides remote electronic payment service, without third parties being able to access it in any way. This information will also not be in the hands of Tradizioni Associate even for making refunds in case of product returns, when you make use of your Right of Withdrawal. The price for purchasing products and shipping expenses, as specified in the order form, will be charged to your current account at the time you sign the payment.

See the Shipment section for details on shipment and delivery of products. Please read the section carefully, since the instructions there are a full and substantial part of these General Conditions of Purchase and you are expected to know them and accept them fully when sending the order form.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Tradizioni Associate, without any penalty and without specifying any reason, within ten (10) working days, starting from the day the products purchased on www.tradizioniassociate.com were received. You cannot change the product you chose for another. Please read the document on Right of Withdrawal to find out how to proceed.
Governing law and settlement of disputes
The General Conditions of Purchase are governed by Italian law, especially by the Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005 No. 206, on consumer code, with specific reference to regulations covering remote contracts, and by the Legislative Decree of April 9, 2003 No. 70 on certain issues involving electronic commerce.
Amendments and updating
General Conditions of Purchase change from time to time, also on the basis of changes in law. The new General Conditions of Sales will be effective on the date they appear on www.tradizioniassociate.com.
