Chef's knives made with great chefs and designers
From the collaboration with some of the greatest Italian and international Chefs, the knife lines that bear their name were born: Gualtiero Marchesi, Ernst Knam, Lucio Pompili, Alessandro Gilmozzi, Giulio Iacchetti, Anna and Gianfranco Gasparini. The Berti Cutlery, in over 100 years of activity, have established a Model Deposit that forms a small world and a large Collection capable of fully representing the Italian Cutlery Tradition, with a few hundred pocket and kitchen knives.Tradizioni associate
Despite this, the company has continued to feed this heritage over the years, enriching it with new models.
It did so with new proposals born within the company, in the context of tradition, but also, freeing itself from traditional stylistic elements, to meet contemporary taste through the language of design.

In over 100 years' business, Coltellerie Berti have established a heritage of models which make up a whole small world and a great collection which fully represents the Italian knife-making tradition, with some hundred pocket and kitchen knives.
However, we decided it was necessary to go on building up the heritage which was passed down to us. To do so, we set up new proposals born inside the company, within the context of tradition but also free from traditional styles, in order to satisfy contemporary tastes using the language of design. Nobody complains of the need to enrich the world with new kinds of knives, but the creative sign of designers and our craftsmanship have given birth to new items which represent our times in the world of knife-making as well: a meeting of matter and thought, which generates cultural and historical value.
