Even the Arburese knife is produced in Scarperia sometimes with adherence to the original type, sometimes reinterpreting it.
For over 100 years, our production has been producing Arburesi knives that derive from types used by Sardinian shepherds, set up in a variety of versions with a simple and pleasant line.
Their main characteristic is not to have the spring. They may have a pot-bellied blade or a centered tip.
