Rasolini

The name of this knife derives from the shape of the blade that is similar to that of a razor. It was popular after the Giolitti law was passed in 1908, which imposed very strict limits to the carrying of sharp knives and encouraged the production of various models with cut-off points. The main feature of the Rasolino is its slightly back-curving blade and the shape of the handle.
