Italian Traditionals Knives

These are knives of the Italian regional tradition that, after the unification of Italy, we started producing in Scarperia. They were mainly intended for peasants who used these knives either for daily work or for eating at the table or in the fields. Made in a simple and economic version to allow everyone to have a knife as a faithful companion every day.
